Capital Croissance is regulated by the AMF for their €350 million asset under management. They manage entrepreneurial funds that invest, during capital restructuring operations (MBO, OBO, etc.) or capital development of €5 to €50 million in equity capital in non-listed French SMEs with revenues of up to €250 million.
